enerix is a leading provider of sustainable energy solutions across Germany and Austria operating through a network of more than 100 independently owned franchises. Since its launch in 2007, enerix has installed tens of thousands of photovoltaic systems, energy storage solutions, and EV charging stations for residential and commercial customers.
As one of Europe’s first renewable energy providers, enerix has been helping local communities reduce their carbon footprint for nearly 20 years. With a rapidly expanding franchise network, CSO Christoph Pirkl needed to streamline operations and keep enerix ahead in a competitive market.
Unlike most other providers that only have centralized sales teams, enerix’s franchisees manage everything locally. This delivers first-class, in-person support and consulting, but means answering every call isn’t always feasible.
To make sure franchisees respond to every lead, Christoph looked for a call automation solution that could engage with callers naturally, qualify their needs, and connect them with the right contact person.
Crucially, it also needed to be scalable across all 100 franchises while staying cost-efficient. enerix wanted a centralized solution that could be rolled out company-wide, but still allow for easy customization to each franchisee’s regional branding and language.
After evaluating several options that couldn’t fit this criteria, Christoph’s team discovered telli. Following a quick call with the co-founders — who had extensive backgrounds in renewable energy — they decided to jump in.

To set the wheels in motion, the telli team completed a turnkey integration with each franchise’s CRM and appointment booking systems and fine-tuned their LLM models to match enerix’s tone and workflows.

Completed calls also doubled in May and nearly doubled again by June, rising from 467 to over 1,600 in just 60 days. This growth reflects enerix’s new, expanded capacity to turn increased demand into valuable customer interactions.
Christoph also highlights the telli team’s impact on enerix’s success. “If I ping them asking for a tweak, it’s not uncommon for it to be implemented in minutes,” he shares. “telli understands our needs so well that our franchisees can just let it run and focus on field work and high-touch customer engagement.”

enerix plans to roll out telli to even more franchisees and experiment with outbound call management. They’re currently developing a new outbound agent who can follow up with inbound leads that enerix receives centrally and book them across franchises.
