1.  Architectural and Construction. Solutions

Begining with a thorough study of required workflows or existing or planned  software for 3D modeling and add features of Virtual Reality (VR) Augmented Reality (AR) or Mixed Reality (MR). Amplified with optional Hollywood style FX and Virtual Production(VP) with CGI to give an immersive photorealistic experience to all users and in all use cases prior to the expensive of construction. Our design includes ray technology to access the solar or heat factors in design.  The implementation is run with the fastest design and performance of the application using standard hardware technology components to build a custom Supercomputer at the lowest cost in price/performance.  We also built a specialized workstation for design optimization in 2D or 3D with or without Photorealistic results and transcoding.  Our solutions extend to also offer complete ESG (Energy Social and Governance) services from project origination through development, construction, operations and asset optimization. 2. Energy and Environmental and Governance Service Solutions

We provide end-to-end ESG offers to complement the design aspects mentioned above to meet enterprise, or imposed federal, or state mandates.  The service begins with discovery and offers ongoing services including strategic procurement, and management reports complete to assist in report filings and continuous quality improvement which includes discrete solutions for:

3..Facilities Management Solutions

 

Our AEC and ESG solutions above provide benefits to facilities managers with immersive designs with ESG goal adherence.

 Uniquely, we offer a mobile web application that presents all prerequisites, procedures and policies required to enter an event or facility, The system includes any user provided access criteria including but not limited to: license, insurance, certifications, qualifications, etc.  Exiting criteria can also be set.   The criteria  is centrally administered and easy to change by subscriber authority. Reports are dynamically available.   This solution is offered as a Software as a Service (SaaS) on a  HIPAA certified cloud secured any health specific query, or certification required for admission including current health vitals, vaccination status, frequent travel concerns, etc. We complement this mobile safe access  ancillery services for physical security and sanitation or the products to provide the same. Our service extends to provide ad hoc liability insurance policies for an event, convocation, or facility. We also provide  alternatives to fossil generators with battery/inverter/solar expansible auxiliary power for any event  All ancillary items are itemized for selection, and all are not required.

 

4. Information Technology Solutions

 

a) Interactive mobile communication in language of preference at the moment of need.  In addition to the supercomputing solution and the safe access applications mentioned above we also offer a patented web or mobile application to provide interactive communication with all event or location attendees with direct messaging and with no interference, confusion, or competition from search engines.  This solution keeps in dynamic contact interactively and using multimedia including video for all attendees and always senses the language of preference on each mobile device.  Information is accessed by QR codes, links or even transmitting beacons throughout the event.  Since it is interactive you can upsell, cross sell and survey dynamically while communicating event attendance. .  The solution comes with an always available share function so you can share information even with those not attending the event or at the location.  It is a great way to amplify information or encourage behaviors at an event.  You can promote gift store items, food and beverage, and incentive with targeted promotions and coupons.  This system is not event dependent for use.  Anytime a prospect is in need of information (example walking a car dealer parking lot, or walking in front of a real estate for sale sign, or any signage or kiosk the app can be accessed to amplify information, upsell, cross-sell and provide interactivity including surveys with or without sales agent presence. Analytics are captured as a by-product for marketing and behavioral insights accessible in reports, graphics, or dashboard output.

Gamers can predict: runs, touchdowns, goals, errors, or any sport metrics to win promotional prizes during the event from sponsors. Prizes can be redeemed, swapped or donated from an electronic vault. This is not gambling. Sponsors can also advertise by during the event with logos, videos, voiceovers, surveys, etc. without providing a prize. Sponsors can contribute directly to or promote to charity . We are currently in trial at the American Legion World Series event with exposure in the stadium, and ESPN 3 reaching tens of millions targeted. You do not have to be in the stadium to participate and win prizes, The sports teams benefit by a more engaging immersive experience by in stadium attendees or remote fans around the world. Multiple languages are planned with Spanish already in production.  The game can be amplified with the interactive marketing explained in 4a above.

5. Food and Beverage Catering

 

 Hotel or Hot/Cold Table Food Display for Safety and Cost Savings - Bonocore Technology provides patented anodized aluminum non-stick pans that fit any standard hot/cold tray openings.  You can cook, bake, freeze, and store in the same pans.   The pans have qualified for an energy credit or rebate from utility providers due to the documentable electrical savings since you can maintain food safe temperatures hot or cold with less energy. We have justified purchases based on the assurance of passing food safety inspections. Additionally, savings are documented in  food prep costs which are reduced because of versatility (cooking, baking, freezing, storing, transport, etc.), and easy non-stick clean up. Since temperatures are assured food waste in spoilage is also reduced.  Pans are available with tight fitting, see through, stackable tops with rims that can be color coded for food allergy or identification.  The product is patented and in use in restaurants, caterers, and grocery stores by reference.  Samples can be provided.
