Why aren't my pictures appearing on my TelliPage?

You pictures may not be appearing on your TelliPage for a few reasons:

  1. The picture file you are trying to add to your page may be too large (over 5MB)
  2. The picture file you are trying to add to your page may be in the wrong format (only JPEG, GIF and PNG files can be added)
  3. You may have anti-virus or firewall software (e.g. McAfee or Norton) that is blocking certain images from displaying in your browser

This last issue may occur if your image also links to a website. Some anti-virus and firewall programs block these images thinking they are banner ads. If this is the case with your computer, you will have to refer to your anti-virus software's documentation to find out how to allow these images.
