We are predominantly a mid-century modern Eichler development and some American Housing Guild homes, nestled in the hills of Lucas Valley, part of unincorporated San Rafael.

2024 LVHA Board Election - three candidates will be elected by acclamation at the May 15, 2024 Annual Meeting of Members.
There are three candidates running for three Board positions in the May 2024 LVHA Board election.

The three candidates will be elected by acclamation based on LVHA ByLaws Article III, Section 4. Approval by Acclamation, the LVHA Election Policy and Procedures and Civil Code 5103. (Amended by Statute, Effective January 1, 2024.)

LVHA Clubhouse front entry closed for construction of Pool Enclosure.
Entry to the Clubhouse is on the western side of the building.
LVHA Business Office hours are 10:00am to noon and 2-3pm Monday-Friday during construction.
There is an intercom system at the door to request entry.
