Petite Left Bank in Tiburon to Celebrate La Fête du Cochon

Petite Left Bank in Tiburon will be celebrating La Fête du Cochon from Monday, June 5 through Sunday, June 11 affording customers the chance to enjoy special menu additions that will be served for lunch and dinner, along with the restaurant’s regular menus. The specials will be housemade Pork Terrine/$24 with an herb and fennel salad, and a whole grain mustard vinaigrette and Porchetta/$36 with cranberry bean ragout, stone fruit chutney and chicharron. These items can be paired with sommelier selected French wines.

In addition, on Sunday, June 11 from noon to 5:00 PM, housemade Pork Sausage Sandwiches/$16 will be prepared outdoors at the restaurant’s patio grilling station.

In France, La Fête du Cochon is a traditional festival that honors the many classic dishes prepared using pig including charcuterie, roasts and sausages.
