I looked at several preschools before this one. I originally chose this school because of my son's familiarity with the school (he was in the Toddler Time program) and the price BUT now I love the Coop philosphy and structure above all. I never thought I would want to be a big part of my son's school life (I just thought he would socialize and learn skills while I got a break), but now I can't imagine it any other way. I wouldn't even think of putting him in a regular preschool with little say or participation. I get the best of both worlds as we have unbelievable teachers and a large pool of parent volunteers who know my son very well and I get the chance to know all the children and parents as well.

When choosing a preschool for our daughter, we visited several before NPNS, but once we visited NPNS we never thought twice about choosing this school. We feel that with the combination of the excellent director and teachers, and parent involvement, it just could not be any better. It is a warm, supportive environment in which the children thrive and learn, and a wonderful community for parents. Our daughter is so happy here!

What a great school! My son loves it there. The school has a wonderful director and great teachers. They have so much enthusiasm for the school and the students. The curriculum is well planned and organized and really takes into account the students' needs.

My daughter picked this nursery school after visiting all of the schools in Novato. We have been with NPNS going on 3 years now. We have great teachers and my daughter really loves going to school every day.

From a parents stand point, working in the classroom with other parents has given me new connections and good friends. I also know that there are other people looking out for my daughter all day long. Because parents are always in the classroom, the teachers are able to give each child more individualized attention and our children thrive in this environment.

In my opinion, this is the best preschool in Novato.

The curriculum is awesome and is very creative. The teachers are wonderful and all the parents that work the classroom are great to work with too.

NPNS has a wonderful community that gets the families involved, which for us, was what we were looking for.

Since this is a co-op school, the environment is different then most preschools I had looked at. The parents and children all learn together and work together. There is so much invested interest in each child's development, well-being and growth since the parents are there as part of the teaching staff.
There is an amazing group of teachers that work there as well as an amazing and caring Director. My son loves the school as did my older son when he was there. I have been at Novato Parents Nursery school for over five years and couldn't imagine ever going anywhere else. The parents and teachers create an environment that is warm and welcoming and we look forward to what new things lie ahead every day. We love it!
