Silvia is amazing at what she does and extremely reliable (she has a key to my home). She truly takes care of your pets and loves them as if they are her own. Any time I have needed her, even last minute, she has accommodated me.

What also makes Silvia stand out is that she has a nursing background, as well as working in a vet's office for years. When my cat was sick she had a lot of great information and advice for me and put me in touch with a wonderful vet. She always has great advice for my dog too, which is very reassuring to the anxiety you feel when a member of your family is having trouble.
