Sproos is a very nice salon located in cute San Anselmo, close to lots of places to eat and shop, so I love going down there to walk around when I go to get my hair cut a few times/year.

I go to Sproos to see my stylist, Dana Adams, who has been cutting my hair for over 5 years now. Dana always does a great job, which is why I followed her to Sproos when she moved to that salon from Novato, and why I have continued to go see her even after moving away for school, rather than risking a bad haircut with someone else!

My hair is very thick and Dana does a great job of cutting it, often using a razor to do it and thinning it out to give me the look and feel that I like. I completely trust her because I know whatever she does will look good on me, and I barely have to explain to her the look that I want because she knows what I like and just makes it happen.

She is also really great with color and I was really happy with the highlighting I had her do for me--it always looked so natural and blended in with my natural color perfectly. When I wanted to go back to my Natural color after going darker at one point, Dana worked with me to lighten my hair back up and get it back to its original color and I was amazed ho she got it from a dark brown back to its natural blondish color so quickly. I would highly recommend her if you're looking for a new stylist!
