Love this lady's food! She's cooked for the entire Muir Beach Quilters Fair for the last two years, and her food is true gourmet food with a French accent. She uses fantastic local cheeses, combining them with pears in one tart and ham in a crepe. Not to mention "comfort food" - a delicious bouef Bourgingnon served over wild rice, accompanied by a mixed green salad that is too good! Oui, Madame!

I have personally enjoyed KT's creative cooking at several local events, as well as private parties. KT is a skilled chef who is also very entertaining, telling funny stories in her delightful French accent. The verbal descriptions of her menu items are as wonderful as the food itself. I would recommend her to anybody who needs a versatile chef who can cook for any occasion at reasonable cost. She learned to cook from her mother, in traditional French country style, which is perfectly suited to our local climate and fresh foods availability. KT will design a menu for any event you are planning or will be your personal chef, creating healthy , fun, daily meals when you have no time yourself.
