Hello, I just started working with Michelle a few weeks ago and I wanted to say how much I've enjoyed my sessions with her and always look forward to the next one. I have been to a lot of different therapists in the past and I'm finding the DBT approach different and intriguing. Additionally, although DBT is a very structured form of therapy, Michelle has been very conscious of my individual needs and has been willing to tailer the DBT methods to meet my individual needs. Thus far, this has been a great experience and I definitely feel a sense of hope that I haven't felt about therapy in a very long time.
