MY TELLI - Access to software to set up a Local Online Information Center User Name and Password to become a Subscriber for the purpose of using free and fee-based software tools to enter information in the Local Online Information Center. (FREE ACCESS and PRIVACY PROTECTED)

TELLI ADMINISTRATOR - A Telli software program used to manage information in a Local Online Information Center. The Telli Administrator allows Franchisees to update and modify Local Online Information Centers for their specific Franchised Territories. (LICENSE REQUIRED)

TELLI ADMINISTRATOR HELP - Access to information about the Telli Administrator and instructions on its operation. (Telli Administrator Help is available only through Telli Administrator software.)

TELLI ALERT TOOLS - Access to software that allows Subscribers access to the fee-based Local Online Information Center Advertising Platform to send notices automatically to End Users who have added the Subscriber's TelliPage to their "My Favorites" list.

TELLI BANNER AD TOOLS - Access to create click-through banners on Local Online Information Center category pages that, when clicked on by End Users, leads them to specific Web Addresses or TelliPage addresses. (BANNERS may be created, modified or deleted only by Franchisees through their Telli Administrator software.)

TELLI CALENDAR TOOLS - Access to software that allows Subscribers to the fee-based Local Online Information Center Advertising Platform to display monthly calendars for End Users that provides a simplified display of events taking place on specific days of the month. By clicking on specific days, End Users gain access to Subscribers' Event pages of further information and details.

TELLI CLASSIFIED TOOLS - Access to software in a Local Online Information Center by all Subscribers to create classified listings. (FREE ACCESS) (Classifieds may also be created, modified and deleted by Franchisees through their Telli Administrator software.)

TELLI COUPON TOOLS - Access to software in a Local Online Information Center for Subscribers to the fee-based Advertising Platform to create coupons. (Coupons may also be created, modified and deleted by Franchisees through their Telli Administrator software.)

TELLI EVENT TOOLS - Access to software in a Local Online Information Center by all Subscribers to create event listings. (FREE ACCESS) (Events may also be created, modified and deleted by Franchisees through their Telli Administrator software.)

TELLI HELP - Access to information about the Local Online Information Center and instructions on its operation. (FREE ACCESS)

TELLI LISTING TOOLS - Access to software in a Local Online Information Center by all Subscribers to create listings. (FREE ACCESS) (Local Online Information Center listings may also be created, modified and deleted by Franchisees through their Telli Administrator software.)

TELLI NAVIGATIONAL AND VARIABLE SEARCH SOFTWARE - Access to software in a Local Online Information Center to display lists of categories and view lists of related "micro-categories." By clicking on various multiple micro-categories, End Users can target only information adhering to the attributes selected. (e.g. a seafood restaurant in the area with a full bar, a view, outdoor dining, child-friendly, with entries under $15, and serving fish & chips.) (FREE ACCESS) (Local Online Information Center categories may be created, modified and deleted only by Franchisees through their Telli Administrator software. Subscribers with listings in Local Online Information Centers may add or delete their listing micro-categories or micro-tags anytime at NO CHARGE.)

TELLI REVIEW TOOLS - Access to software in a Local Online Information Center by all Subscribers to create reviews about businesses and organizations listed in Local Online Information Centers. (FREE ACCESS) (Reviews may also be created and deleted by Franchisees through their Telli Administrator software.)

TELLI SEARCH SOFTWARE - Access to software in a Local Online Information Center to display a list of specific categories and listings by entering a keyword, micro-tag or phrase in the Local Online Information Center Search Box. (FREE ACCESS) (Categories may be created, modified and deleted only by Franchisees through their Telli Administrator software. Subscribers may add or delete their listing micro-categories or micro-tags anytime at NO CHARGE.)

TELLI SUBSCRIBER BILLING TOOLS - Access to software to establish and modify the way in which Subscribers to the Local Online Information Center fee-based Advertising Platform are billed and electronically pay for access to Subscriber fee-based Tools. (Subscriber billing plans may also be created, modified and deleted by Franchisees through their Telli Administrator software.)

TELLI URL ADDRESS TOOLS - Access to software by Subscribers to the fee-based Advertising Platform to create a URL to provide direct Internet access by End Users to specific Local Online Information Center listings, TelliPages and websites directly from any web browser. (e.g. www.telli.com/page/SiouxTipi)

TELLI VISITATION STATISTICS DISPLAY SOFTWARE - Statistical information available at no charge to all Subscribers with a Local Online Information Center listing, showing the number of times their TelliPages are viewed and their website links are clicked on by End Users (whether or not information has been added to a TelliPage by the Subscriber). Also available only to Franchisees are Telli Administrator Statistics displaying the number of times the Local Online Information Center home Page, listings, website links, pages, categories and micro-categories are accessed by (1) End Users and (2) Search Engine Robots. (Telli Administrator Statistics are generated by Guinness Server Log Files and may be viewed only through the Telli Administrator software.)

TELLIPAGE TOOLS - Access to software by Subscribers to the fee-based Advertising Platform to create web pages of information associated with their listings in a Local Online Information Center. (TelliPages may also be created, modified and deleted by Franchisees through their Telli Administrator software.)

TELLIPAGE WEBSITE LINK TOOLS - Access to software by Subscribers to the fee-based Local Online Information Center Advertising Platform to add a link to an external website directing their website users to specific pages in a Local Online Information Center. (Allows website owners to keep their websites constantly up-to-date through their TelliPages without involving their web designers.)

TELLI DEFINITIONS

LOCAL ONLINE INFORMATION CENTER SITE means the WWW site(s) through which the Consumer Services and the Subscriber Tools are made available to End Users.

LOCAL ONLINE INFORMATION CENTER TERRITORY is a geographic area or Media Subscription Marketplace served by a Local Online Information Center.

LOCAL ONLINE INFORMATION CENTER SUBSCRIBER is a person, organization, partnership, corporation or entity authorized to use "free" and "fee-based" Local Online Information Center Subscriber Tools.

MEDIA SUBSCRIPTION MARKETPLACE is a marketplace made up of the subscribers to a newspaper, periodical or magazine.

TELLI CONSUMER SERVICES means the offering to the general public of the functionality of a Local Online Information Center.

TELLI FRANCHISEE is a person or entity acceptable to Telli that acquires an exclusive Franchise to use Telli Systems, Products and Tools to operate and manage their own Local Online Information Center for a specific Telli Franchisee Territory.

TELLI FRANCHISEE SITE means a URL established by Telli on its Servers where a Telli Franchisee has Internet access to establish and manage its Local Online Information Center using Telli Systems, Products and Tools.

TELLI FRANCHISEE TERRITORY means the Local Online Information Center Geographical Region or Media Subscription Marketplace of a licensee authorized to use Telli Systems, Products and Tools to operate their Local Online Information Center.
