My husband and I have been members now for over 4 years & we love it here!! The staff is always so friendly and helpful & the place is always very clean. It is great how there is a lot of natural light as well. I love taking the classes, and have never been dissapointed with any of the instructors. The pilates and kickboxing classes are my favorites. Both my husband and I use the cardio and other equipment, and think it's great. It's nice to never have to wait for a machine. There is a great semi-private area for stretching, doing abs, etc as well. Our 2 toddllers use the child care, and they really have a lot of fun & Lucy is wonderful. We have been members at other clubs, and this one is by far nicest in the area, and affordable.

The club is OK, it's clean and the staff is friendly.Personal Trainers(Trevor&Ken)are very good!(AWESOME!! want results?check them Out!!!).Upkeep and care of machine's and equipment are >>LACKING!.Could use some more cardio machines, fixed weight EZ curl barbell's etc, etc,I don't know what the big deal is about with these "Atlantis" machines??! there are only about 4 that are worthwild. A larger area for stretching/cooling down is imperative.This place has potential to be a Good healthclub, IF, some imagination and initiative were to be used.
