I have had good experiences with Belaire as well I have dealt with Mark in the AM's several times, and he has always been pleasant. Steve works on the weekends and is very pleasant as well. My cab is either on time or only a couple of minutes late. One time, when a new driver couldn't find my house at first, Mark actually had the Marin Airporter bus wait for me at the Mill Valley stop-off so I could make my connection! I was impressed and grateful.
