I don't usually write reviews, but I was just blown away by the service and had to share!

Ray, the owner, spent about an hour with us. We were very impressed by his level of knowledge and his generosity with information. He was not pushy and seemed genuinely interested in helping us enjoy skiing more.

We came to get pricing on some replacement parts and he ended us giving us most of the parts for free and knew off the top of his head how much the other piece was that we would need.
