Alex's Dry Cleaning Valet is unbelievably wonderful. Delightful and courteous delivery personnel, superb cleaning and repair services - often going above and beyond my expectations. I will never use any other dry cleaners. (Unless I move away and there is no Alex's.) The cost difference in this versus other establishments is negligible when one considers the convenience of the home pick up and delivery. Frankly, Alex's is so good that even if they did not offer that particular service I would be inclined to use them. The high quality of personnel and services performed are the reasons I continue to call on Alex's for all of my dry cleaning needs.
