on Feb 13th, 2010This salon is Awesome!!!! If you are looking for a hairdresser that does miracle color collections to over processed hair, go see Loretta. She took the time deep conditioning, coloring and highlighting my hair and totally brought it back to life. Thanks Loretta, you are a lifesaver...
As for Josie (the owner) she was so sweet. She always was doing little things throughout the day to make me feel welcome and comfortable. She even gave me a mini facial while I was sitting under the dryer... My face hasn't looked this moisturized in years. I will definitely be going back to both Loretta for my hair coloring and cuts and Josie for all my skin care needs. This salon is like a day of pampering at a full service spa. You can get all your beauty needs taken care of in one place by licenced, experienced professionals who want to provide the best customer service they can. I have been to a lot of other salons in Marin county and by far Beauty Center Wellness salon and spa is #1. | Reviewed by Carla

She is a Skin Angel!I am getting close to being 50 years young and over the years have worked with others ,paid a ton more money with harsh peels and didnt get the results I've seen in a short period of time with Josie.My large pores are disappearing & my skin looks great and fresh in the process!!!Thank you for making me more beautiful than I already was!!!

on May 7th, 2009All you people can agree with me when I say that it ain't easy to find a good hair stylist. After moving from L.A. I've gone to different places in Marin and it didn't matter how much money I spend, my hair turned out just okay. All that change now that I've been at Beauty Center in Novato.
Josie (the owner) is AMAZING, an exotic "beauty"full of positive energy and super friendly. They are extremely attentive when you walk into the salon, they paid attention.
Thank you Stefanie, I have floated from hair salon to hair salon seeking a stylist who can work with my hair similar to my L.A. stylist. Finally I found You!!!

on Sep 16th, 2008This salon is the best in Marin county. Josie's personal attention to clients and her detailed service makes her service a world class at a reasonable price. I am away on business but plan to make a stop at her shop once I get back, it's at the top of my to do list :-)

on Apr 6th, 2007When I first saw Josie for a facial, my skin was in bad shape from neglect and sun damage.
Having facials and dermabrasions for the last 2 years have really made a difference. Her advice and product suggestions have contributed to me "aging backwards". People don't believe I'm 65. I give all the credit to Josie for reversing time. I've also had "permanent eye makeup", which really helps my beauty routine, and looks great!
Josie's friendly and knowledgable team offer an entire array of beauty services, and she keeps adding more!
Her latest addition is a New York colorist, and I can't wait to get her hands in my hair.
Josie is always offering special discounts, so be sure and check back often, so you don't miss out.

on Sep 26th, 2006Let Josie's Skincare Proffessionals pamper you with a facial, I have been a client of Josie's for 2 years, my skin looks the best it's ever looked! My face feels smoother, more hydrated, and free of breakout, and people often compliment my skin and say I look younger!
Josie also see's client's on Sunday's which is a is a big plus for me!
I can also highly recommend you see Nora for your hair, exellent in Cuts, Colors, and Highlight's plus you get a free shoulder and neck massage after any Hair Treatment! Everybody could benefit from this nice treat!

I'm a new mom and a 1/2 hour facial turned into an hour facial - I was so refreshed when she was through that I was able to go home to my 3 year old and my new born without a care....
