I work in an active, intuitive, and gentle manner that allows clients to safely discover and adopt better life patterns for themselves. It's wonderful to be working with clients when their lives begin to change for the positive and they feel the "weight of the world" lifting!  When people begin to understand why they think and/or act in ways that are creating problems, they  begin to feel themselves change.  And they do!

I work by combining cognitive therapy (working with thought processes) and intersubjective therapy (gently exploring the human condition), by collaboratively working with my clients to bring in positive elements such as self- empowerment, mood regulation, and working with the client's sense of spirituality.
