I called them to get a referral to a translator and notary, and the man that answered the phone told me that Guadalupe Lopez is a mobile notary that comes to their place to notarize documents. When I met her she asked to keep my legal documents as they were more complicated to translate then she previously thought. I never heard back from her again and she stopped returning my calls. I went to the Canal Community Alliance to tell them about this and a young woman (part of management) told me, without much sympathy, to just call the cops. She didn't apologize for her employee misleading me and the notary they referred me to stealing from me.
